Working with Start-ups

With start-ups, I typically work with CEO/Founders to build their marketing foundation. They often haven’t hired their first marketer at this point and together we work on positioning, messaging, and the wider strategic narrative. From here I develop their demand playbook to build awareness and acquire customers.

Working with Scale-ups

With scale-ups, I typically work with later stage companies who have a small marketing team. I work with mid- to senior-level marketers on refining their marketing strategy, developing their demand playbook, and mentoring them through the challenges of life in a fast growing scale-up.

● Review marketing strategy
● Identify growth opportunities
● Refine demand playbook
● Mentor internal marketers
● Develop hiring plan and how to scale the team

Pricing

Partnerships are done either on a fixed-term or retainer-based model. My rate is €250/hour + VAT.
